How to reserve Tokyo Sky Tree

I got same questions from Taiwanese people about sky tree ticket

You can not reserve Sky Tree ticket via Internet.

I called sky tree ticket center about Credit card limitation.
They does not allow to buy with  credit card that is publication by non Japanese company.
Even if VISA, Their system will reject it.


How did I do for my friend.
Buy ticket with my credit card .
Down load  Evidence of  ticket transfer   譲渡証明書兼同意書 
Then write it ,
I sent it by email.
