Why I can not use credit cads in abroad.

Sometimes,  my credit card rejected at  abroad.
I feel that frequency rises　year by year.
I tried to find reason.
That ratio is　relating  criminal act.

On the other hand.
Only 2 banks in Japan allow to withdraw money by foreigner's credit card.

They may stop this service if 7 Bank pay a ransom.

Is it good for  travelers ??
I'm not security specialist, but Network does not have a border.
So many company does not want to pay money for invisible threads.


But ,, Can you see network transaction by your eyes?
